AFS is proud to be your Total Tool Repair Center. We have a fully stocked parts and service department.

AFS is your Total Tool Repair center.  We have a fully staffed parts and service department.

Our experienced team members provide repair and service for power tools, compressors, and generators along with factory technical support.  AFS is also your warranty evaluation center for Bosch, Ramset, Fein, Senco, Hitachi, Bostitch, DeWalt, Rolair, and PLS.* Drop off your tool or have us pick it up from your job site. We will do all we can to return it to you fully functional as soon as we can.**

*Original purchase receipt required before tool can be sent in for evaluation

**Certain limitations and restrictions apply.  AFS does not service any household small appliances by any vendor.   

AFS Repair Policy and Fees

Policy - Repair

• Repairs will be completed if the costs are LESS than 50% value of the tool. Anything over that requires a parts estimate and additional approval from customer
• For safety reasons, ALL electrical tool deemed non-repairable by AFS staff WILL be dismantled and have the cord cut prior to being returned to customers. No Exceptions
• All tools unclaimed after 60 days of repair completion will be either sold or disposed of to cover any repair expenses
• Repair time varies on parts availability

Fees

Fees assessed to non-account holders are payable at time of tool drop off and will be used towards any repair parts and services, if applicable.  Fees apply even if tool/laser is not returned to you

• A $25 tool estimate fee will be assessed to all non-account holders.
• A $125 laser estimate fee will be assessed to all non-account holders.

Warranty

• AFS will send your tool in for a warranty evaluation only. AFS cannot tell you if an item will be warrantied
• Afs will need the original purchase receipt for any warranty evaluations

When dropping off a tool, AFS employees will ask:

1. Name (Company)
2. Contact name and phone number
3. Specific information on tool such as purchase date/receipt if non- account holder, description of issue
4. For Credit Card information or Cash for estimate fee (if applicable)
